Steven Candelaria
Creative Director
Steven Candelaria is a passionate hairdresser with over 20 years of experience. He originally received training in the UK, working with one of the country’s most prestigious hair salon brands.
In addition to cutting and styling hair, Steven has also taught hairdressing at TAFE, Australia’s leading education and training course provider. He loves all aspects of the hairdressing profession, but he specialises in hair extensions and has even provided education for well-known extension brands.
Steven always makes client satisfaction his top priority. He goes above and beyond to get to know every client and make them feel like family.
Steven has received many awards over the years. Most recently, he was a finalist for both the 2020 Australian Hair Fashion Awards and the 2020 Australian Hair Industry Awards. In 2019, he was a finalist in the GreatLengths Hair Extensions competition, and he was awarded the title of Art Director of the year in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Senior Stylist
Isabella, or Izzy as we affectionately call her, is the newest member of the Exhibit A team. Izzy joins us as our Senior Stylist with 7 years of hairdressing experience.
Izzy grew up around the hairdressing industry. The fast paced and creative atmosphere that comes with hairdressing inspired Izzy to pursuit her career as a hairdresser.
Izzy's favourite part of being a hairdresser is making a difference to the way a client feels about themselves. Fresh hair not only looks great, but it is also a form of self care.
Izzy loves colouring and styling, but enjoyed all aspects of hairdressing. As the industry is always evolving, Izzy is keen to try new things and meet new clients.
We welcome Izzy and are exited for you to meet her too.

Lauren
Apprentice Hairdresser
Lauren has just started her career in Hairdressing, she joined Exhibit-a in 2021 as a first-year apprentice.
Ever since Lauren can remember she has always had a passion for Hair, whether that’s playing around with family and friends’ hair or creating styles on herself. Hair as always given her so much joy. Lauren will start tafe in early 2022, she’s very keen to get this started as her passion is hair and she’s very keen to learn as much as possible.
Lauren is very excited for the day that she can take care of clients and make them look and feel beautiful. With her fantastic attention to detail, passion for the hair industry and absolute drive to succeed, Lauren is a fantastic asset to Exhibit A ! On a more personal note, Lauren enjoys spending time with her loved ones, especially if it includes Taco’s – Mum’s recipe is a must though!
Lauren enjoys sending time with loved ones, eating Tacos (especially made by mum) and her need to learn is incredible.
We are very lucky to have her at Exhibit.
